These terms describe the rules for using IdleAirways, a multiplayer airport management game available in browser, desktop, and supported mobile builds. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the UK operator of IdleAirways. By playing IdleAirways, you agree to these terms.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms with you and give permission for you to play. You must also meet any higher age or permission requirements that apply where you live or on your platform. Purchases by minors require a parent or guardian's permission and authorisation from the payment account holder.

Accounts and guest progress

You can register an account, use an available Steam sign-in option, or begin as a guest. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not use someone else's account without permission. Choose a manager name that follows the conduct rules below. Contact support if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account.

If you sign out as a guest before connecting an account, you lose access to your guest progress. Create an account or use an available account-linking option in Settings to keep access to your airport. Signing out is not an account deletion request.

An airport reset removes that airport's progress; it does not delete your account. Your premium coin wallet and owned cosmetics survive airport resets. To request account deletion, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. The Privacy Policy explains how deletion requests and retained records are handled.

Fair play and acceptable conduct

Help keep the game welcoming and fair for other airport managers. You must not:

Report bugs and suspected abuse to [email protected] rather than exploiting them.

Multiplayer content and moderation

Your manager name, airport information, leaderboard results, and chat messages may be visible to other players. You are responsible for the content you submit. Submit only content you have permission to share. You retain any rights you have in that content and give us permission to store, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate and moderate the game.

IdleAirways uses name checks and chat moderation features. Messages that break these rules may be removed, and access to features or the service may be restricted to address abuse. Contact support if you believe a moderation action was mistaken.

Virtual progress

Airports, airport cash, premium coins, buildings, cosmetics, rankings, and other progress are virtual game features. Airport cash and premium coins are not money and cannot be redeemed for money through IdleAirways. This does not affect any right to a refund for a purchase under applicable law.

Game balance, earnings, requirements, and rankings may change as the game develops. Balance changes are separate from your rights concerning purchased digital content; they do not remove those rights.

Optional purchases

Where available, you can buy premium coins and packs, and spend premium coins on permanent cosmetics or airport cash grants. Purchased and quest-earned coins share the same wallet and spend the same way. Cash grants and optional mobile video rewards can accelerate progression and affect shared leaderboards. Building, passenger, and reputation requirements still apply.

Products, prices, payment options, and video rewards depend on your platform and availability. The shop displays the contents and price before payment. Payments require a registered or linked account; guests can still spend coins earned in the game. Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout, which may be Stripe, Steam, the Apple App Store, or Google Play.

Starter and supporter packs are each available once per account. A refund does not make a once-per-account pack available to buy again. Permanent cosmetics remain owned across airport resets, subject to the refund rules below. "Permanent" does not promise that the service will operate forever.

Purchase help and refunds

If a payment or delivery appears incomplete, use the shop's "Restore / check purchases" option before trying another purchase. For purchase or refund enquiries, contact [email protected] with your purchase reference, or use the relevant payment provider's support or refund process. Never send payment credentials.

When a provider confirms a refund, the game reverses the corresponding purchased coins in proportion to the refunded amount, rounding up to a whole coin. A full refund also removes cosmetics granted by that purchase, including any currently equipped appearance.

If your shared coin wallet does not contain enough coins to cover the reversal, the remainder is recorded as a virtual coin shortfall. Coin spending is paused until the shortfall is resolved, and coins from later purchases are applied to it first. This is a game balance record, not a demand for a real-money payment. Contact support if you need help resolving it.

Any applicable cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or price-reduction rights for digital content remain available under consumer law. Payment provider procedures do not replace those rights. These terms do not impose a blanket "no refunds" rule.

Game changes and availability

IdleAirways needs an internet connection and working game servers. Features, balance, and these terms may be updated. Maintenance, faults, or updates may interrupt play or affect saved progress; uninterrupted availability and permanent preservation of progress are not guaranteed.

The last-updated date above identifies this version of the terms. Check this page for the current wording. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
